Weed Commissioner
Every county in Iowa has an appointed County Weed Commissioner who works to control noxious weeds per Iowa Code and are on the lookout for new vegetation management problems on both public and private lands. County Weed Commissioners also teach landowners how to manage problem plants and invasive species.
