Fees Waived for Certified Copies of Vital Records

The Governor's Proclamation announcement on May 24, 2024 includes a provision that waives the fee for a certified copy of a vital record if that record was lost, destroyed, or rendered illegible as a result of the severe storm that occurred on May 20, 2024 and continuing thereafter.
Adams County is included in this proclamation.

The proclamation shall expire on June 23, 2024 at 11:59 pm unless sooner terminated or extended in writing by the Governor.
