Ally Birt Receives ISAC Scholarship

The 2023 ISAC Scholarship recipient for District 4 is Alyssa (Ally) Birt in the amount of $2,000. Ally is the daughter of Doug and Michelle Birt. Doug formerly served on Adams County Board of Supervisors. Ally plans to attend Northwest Missouri State University and study agriculture, education, and criminal justice. We wish Ally the best in furthering her education and all her future endeavors.
