All of the City of Corning Ward 1 described as:

Ward 1 – Starting in the northwest corner of the City Limits on 8th Street just west of Sunset Drive thence east along 8th Street to Adams Street, thence south on Adams Street to 7th Street, thence east on 7th Street to Quincy Street (State Hwy 148), thence south on Quincy Street (State Hwy 148) to US Hwy 34, thence west on US Hwy 34 to Loomis Avenue including those areas north and west of Loomis Avenue in the city limits to 4th Street, thence west on 4th Street to the city limits, thence north to 6th Street, thence west on 6th Street to the city limits, then following the city limits south and west to Rosary Drive, thence south on Rosary Drive to Rosary Lane, then following the city limits south, west and then back north along the city limits to 8th Street just west of Sunset Drive.

And Mercer Township - Portion starting at Hwy 34 and Locust Ave East to Orange Avenue, north on Orange to 220th.

And Jasper Township - South of Hwy 34 at Loomis Ave to Hwy 148 north to Hunter Trail, East on Valley Rd, south on Kentucky Ave, East on Hunter Trail to 34 and then to the Township line. And all the parts East of Juniper Ave, East of Hwy 148 to the Township Line.

Adams Precinct 2 - New Location

Corning Ward 2
All of the City of Corning Ward 2 described as:

Ward 2 - Starting in the northwest corner of the city limits on 210th Street and the Corning Airport southeasterly along 210th Street to Hull Street including all the incorporated area north of 210th Street and east of Joshua Tree Avenue.  Then following the southwesterly side of Hull Street to 10th Street, thence east on 10th Street to Washington Ave, thence north on Washington Avenue to 11th Street, thence east on 11th Street to West Street, thence north on West Street to 12th Street, thence east on 12th Street to Grove Avenue, thence north on Grove Avenue to 13th Street, thence east on 13th Street to John Street, thence north on John Street to 15th Street, then east on 15th Street to the city limits, thence south along the city limits to the southern edge of the city limits, then west to Quincy Street (State Hwy 148), then north on Quincy Street to 7th Street, thence west along 7th Street to Adams Street, thence north on Adams Street to 8th Street, then west along 8th Street which turns into 220th Street to the west edge of the city limits at the Corning Airport, thence north along the west side of the Corning Airport to 210th Street.

And Douglas Township - that portion South of 210th St and East of Fig Ave.

And Nodaway Township - That portion south of 220th St to Hwy 34 and east of Fig Ave to township line.

And Quincy Township - That portion South of 210th St. to corporate lines, and that portion East of corporate lines and south of the Corning Carl Rd, East of Kentucky Ave, South of 200th St., and East of Corning Carl Rd.

And Jasper Township - That portion south of 220th St. and north Hwy 34 to corporate lines, and South of 220th St. to Corporate lines staying north of Hunter Tail, Valley Rd, and Hwy 34.

And Mercer Township - that portion that is North of Hwy 34 to Orange Ave and South of 220th St.

And Prescott Township -North of 220th St, West of Orange Ave until 195th St., then east on 195th St to Poplar Ave, North on Poplar to 180th St., then east on 180th St to Quince Ave, then North to township line, west on Township line to Notchwood Ave, then South to 170th St., then West to Corning Carl Rd and all that South and East of Corning Carl Rd.

And Carl Township - North of 160th St. and East of Orange Ave. to 130th St. to Poplar Ave, then South on Poplar to 140th St, then East on 140th St. to Quince Ave, then all parts East of Quince Ave to Township line.

Adams Precinct 3

Corning Ward 3
All of the City of Corning Ward 3 described as:

Ward 3 - Starting in the Northwest Corner of the City Limits which is west of Quincy Street (Hwy 148) thence east along the city limits to the eastern edge which is east of Quincy Street (Hwy 148), thence south and east along the city limits to 15th Street, then west on 15th Street to John Street, then south on John Street to 13th Street, then west on 13th Street to Grove Avenue, then south on Grove Avenue to 12th Street, then west on 12th Street to West Street, then south on West Street to 11th Street, then west on 11th Street to Washington Avenue, then south on Washington Avenue to 10th Street, then west on 10th Street to Hull Street, then northwest on Hull Street to the city limits, then east to the city limits, then north on the city limit line to Grand Street, then east on Grand Street to city limits, then north along city limits following the city limits west and then north to the Northwest corner of the city limits.

And Quincy Township - That portion East of Filbert Ave to 183rd St, South of 183rd St. to Hwy 148, East of Hwy 148 to dirt Lake Icaria Rd, East and South of Lake Icaria Rd and 160th St., and west of Corning Carl Rd to 200th St., North of 220th St. to Kentucky Ave, and West of Kentucky Ave to Corning carl Rd., and North of Corning Carl Rd to corporate lines, and all that north of 210th St.

And Prescott Township - That portion west of Notchwood Ave and north of 170th St, and North and West of Corning Carl Rd to Locust Ave (township line).

And Carl Township - That portion East from Township line to Pear Ave and Orange Ave, and the portion North and West of 125th between Orange and Pear Ave.

Lincoln Township - All of Lincoln Township

Washington Township - All of Washington Township

Douglas Township - All of Douglas Township except east of the centerline of Fig Avenue between the centerline of 210th Street and 220th Street.

Quincy Township - All north of the centerline of 183rd Street east of the centerline of State Hwy 148. East of the centerline of State Hwy 148 to the centerline of the dirt Lake Icaria Road thence north on the centerline of Lake Icaria Road to the township line. 

Jasper Township - All south of the centerline of Hwy 34 thence south on Loomis Avenue and west of the centerline of Juniper Avenue and west of Hwy148, including the unincorporated area of the town of Brooks.

Nodaway Township - All of Nodaway Township except East of the centerline of Fig Avenue to Township line and north of the centerline of Hwy 34 to 220th St.

Grant Township - All of Grant Township including that portion of the City of Lenox that lies within Adams County.

Union Township - All of Union Township

Colony Township - All of Colony Township

Carl Township - The portion East of Pear Ave, East of 125th, and East of Orange Ave to 130th St., East of Poplar Ave and 130th St. to 140th St. East of Quince Ave to 160th St. to Township line (Redwood Ave).

Prescott Township - All that portion west of the centerline of Redwood Avenue and 160th Street to 180th Street, the west on 180th Street to the centerline of Poplar Avenue, then south to 195th St., then West on 195th St to Orange Avenue, all that East of Orange Ave to township line (220th St.)  to the centerline of Redwood Ave.
